This story begins on a white square farm, a farm from our own countryside. On this farm lives a little boy named Gus. The day he runs away with a small troupe of traveling performers, his life as a nomad on the road begins. From village to village, square after square, rain or shine, Gus is hard at work, but what he dreams of most is appearing on stage with the adults. One day, the arrival of a horse changes everything.
